A: Yes. But not always, we are non-emergency service. We will try to dispatch your call ASAP and we suggest to make reservation as early as you can to assure timely service.

A: NO. Our hydraulic lifts have rating of 800 lbs.

01 - What is Flight Tracking?
Our professional team will keep track of your flight status to make sure that we dispatch our drivers on time. It doesn’t matter if you are early or late. We will always be there for your special needs transportation.
02 - Where/how do I meet my driver?
When you arrive at your Airport location, please follow directions to the baggage claim area. Our driver will meet you there holding a sign with your name on it. If by any reason you are not able to find your driver, please call us at 1-800-778-7953 and we will locate the driver for you.
03 - Can I stop anywhere when I select the store-stop option for round-trips?
Usually, store stops are in locations near our itinerary. If you want to stop at a different location additional charges may apply. Store stops MUST be previously arranged due to our schedules. Orlando Wheelchair Transportation will also charge an extra $20.00(Van), per every 15 minutes overtime.

05 - How far in advance should I reserve?
All reservations/quotes live or on-line should be made with at least 24 hours notice. If you have atypical circumstances or need to book a last minute reservation, please

06 - Do I need to reconfirm my reservation/return?
No, the only time you need to reconfirm is if you haven’t received any reservation confirmation e-mails. However, if you want to do so just give us a call. Round trips will be reconfirmed by your driver when he drops you off at your destination.
07 - Do you pick up from / to other locations beside the airports?
Yes, Orlando Wheelchair Transportation picks up from the Orlando/ Sanford /Kissimmee area to any location in Florida. Pick ups from other locations to the Orlando area are also available upon request. If you can’t find your destination in our rate list, please

08 - Do I need a credit card for my reservation?
Yes, even if you wish to pay in cash, a credit card will be necessary in order to secure your reservation, Orlando Wheelchair Transportation accepts: Visa, Mastercard. American Express, Discover, traveler’s check. Cash Payments are made directly to your driver, he will collect the amount of all trips and issue a transportation voucher.
09 - What should I do to cancel my trip? Is there any cancellation fee?
For cancellations please call or
e-mail us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. Orlando Wheelchair Transportation will charge the rate of a 20% of the fare amount for early cancellations, one way trip for no shows or late cancellations.
10 - Are gratuities included on fare?
No,our rates do not include gratuity to the drivers. A 20% gratuity will be added to all Non Emergency Wheelchair Transfers and International Arrivals.
11 - How can I pay for my trip?
Cash Payments are made directly to your driver, he will collect the amount of all trips and issue a transportation voucher, however even if you wish to pay in cash, a credit card will be necessary in order to secure your reservation, Orlando Wheelchair Transportation accepts: Visa, Mastercard. 12 - What if my flight is early / late?
Our professional team will keep track of your flight status just to make sure that we dispatch our drivers on time. It doesn’t matter if you are early or late. We will always be there.
13 - How long before my flight departure do I need to be picked up?
Your pick-up time will be scheduled two and a half hours prior to your departure flight. Your driver will confirm this information as soon as you reach your destination. For international flights, Orlando Wheelchair Transportation suggests picking you up three and a half hours prior to flight departure. If you need to change or reschedule your pick up

14 - I missed my connecting flight. What should I do?
Just give us a call and let us know the new flight you will be getting. We advise that your driver will be tracking your original flight, so please
contact us as soon as possible with the new information.
15 - Is your company insured?
Yes, unfortunately life has many unpredictable events; therefore Orlando Wheelchair Transportation provides at least one million dollar coverage per vehicle.
16 - Is Orlando Wheelchair Transportation cheaper than regular taxis?
Yes, definitely. Orlando Wheelchair Transportation offers quality and low cost transportation services, all included in our fee.
17 - I am coming to Orlando for a Convention / Business trip. Can I use your services?
Yes, business trips are one of our specialties; Orlando Wheelchair Transportation has been transporting executives / families from and to the Orange County Convention Center. We will be glad to add our professionalism to your portfolio.
18 - Do you provide discounted, corporate or group rates?
